Owned and operated by Manchester College, Koinonia is located approximately 12 miles north of North Manchester or just south of Pierceton in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Koinonia (Coin'-o-nee-ah) Environmental and Retreat Center, which is owned and operated by Manchester College, measures around 100 acres.   Koinonia is ecologically diverse, consisting of hardwood and pine forests, a five acre kettle lake surrounded by a large wetland complex with a walkway and observation decks, and a restored prairie. Recent additions include a "Talking Rocks and Mineral Resources Trail" and an outdoor classroom.

• Two dormitory areas (16 bunk beds in each area)
